Lionel Messi joined his wife Antonela Roccuzzo to train with the ‘Booty Coach’ as the Inter Miami icon works to stay fit during the MLS offseason.
As the MLS offseason progresses, Messi remains dedicated to maintaining his fitness level. The soccer legend recently completed another training session at the ‘Glute Lab’ alongside his wife, Antonela, and his personal trainer, Bret Contreras.
Contreras, renowned for his expertise in glute exercises, operates the ‘Glute Lab,’ a fitness haven where Messi, Antonela and other Miami residents, including Elena Galera, wife of Messi’s teammate Sergio Busquets, participate in training sessions.
Sharing information about her workout routine, Antonela posted photos from inside Contreras’ gym. The transformation center has become a fitness center for the Messi family and their friends since they moved to the United States.
Messi’s impact on the team has been remarkable and with his contribution of 11 goals in 14 games, he fueled a remarkable run of 12 consecutive victories. He also guided the Herons to the Leagues Cup title and the US Open Cup final.

Messi is currently preparing for his first full season with Inter Miami in MLS. He will return to action in February when the new 2024 U.S. top-flight campaign begins.
